Brett from Chicks just did an amazing job of figuring out some 60 year old old gas piping issues.... set me up with the ability to hook up a new stove and (more importantly) I now have shut off valves inside the house at the major appliances instead of just the meter.. He did what two other plumbers, a handyman, and an appliance installer couldn't do....and did it neatly and professionally. When he was done I felt confident that the job was done right, and now know exactly where upgrades need to take place at a future date. Fast response, quick repair and good price! We had water dripping from a ceiling light fixture- I called Chick's Plumbing at 8 AM and Clay was at our house within the hour! A small hole in the drywall and the pinhole leak was located and fixed quickly. We've used Chick's Plumbing for years and always been happy with their service.

Our toilet and shower was being backed up due to main line blockage according to the lady on the phone. She sent down two men to fix the problem. They went outside with a giant snake like machine and sent it down a pipe outside my home. Before you know it there was no more blockage and the two gave me a discount for being a new customer. I just had a wonderful experience with Chicks Plumbing....Their plumber Angelo came by and fixed the problem in no time for a very low charge....my upstairs bathroom was causing a leak downstairs, thru a light vent. It was very much like a waterfall every time someone used the shower. So what was needed was a new water spout and new caulking... the problem was repaired in 30 minutes and I was charged under a $150 Thanks again Angelo!!!

I had called another local company and wasn't terribly impressed with their off the cuff quote ($361) nor schedule (tomorrow). It didn't really sound like they wanted the job. I spoke to a friendly lady at Chick's who scheduled me for a visit in three hours. The service guy (Bret) called on his way over and was punctual. He couldn't have been nicer. Gave me a good assessment of the situation, quoted me a reasonable price as estimate, performed the work in short order, provided me with a bill which matched the estimate. He gave me a recommendation which reflected our discussion and his understanding of my priorities. I have to admit it was a simple job but done very professionally and I'll call these guys when I'm doing more serious plumbing jobs going forward.
